Speaker bio

Kasper Marius Nørmark is an experienced Project Manager and cultural leader with a strong background in the arts, culture, and creative industries. He is especially skilled in project management, artistic and strategic leadership, fundraising, communication, and developing cross-disciplinary collaborations. Holding a Master’s degree in Aesthetics & Culture, he has extensive experience leading complex cultural projects from idea to execution, often working across institutions, sectors, and international partnerships. For more than ten years he has been serving as the artistic director of Lyd+Litteratur Festival. Here, he drives long-term strategic development, curates interdisciplinary collaborations between literature and music, and fosters new communities within the cultural landscape in Denmark and beyond. Finally, he is also an acclaimed songwriter and musician.
