Cultural Hub Cases
This page features case studies exploring the experiences of the three Cultural Hubs in Denmark, Portugal, and the Netherlands. Each Cultural Hub brings together cultural heritage institutions, creative industries, higher education institutions, and youth to explore game-making as a way to reimagine cultural heritage and engage with identity and values.
Each case study describes the iterative process of organising Cultural Game Jams, the game prototypes developed, and the key takeaways and lessons learned.
To create your own collaborative ecosystem, you can refer to the Cultural Hub Models page for practical guidance. If you would like to organise your own Cultural Game Jam, refer to the four Game Jam Kits that share processes and materials.
